Thank you for choosing Brilliance Aesthetics. Our aim is to provide safe, professional, and personalised aesthetic treatments. Please read the following Terms & Conditions before booking your appointment.
Appointments & Booking Deposits
A non-refundable booking deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Booking deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment where sufficient notice is provided in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the booking deposit.
A new booking deposit will be required to secure another appointment.
If you become unwell within the 48-hour period, please contact us as soon as possible. In certain circumstances, a medical certificate may be requested before transferring your deposit to a future appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please notify us if you are running late.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other clients.
Where an appointment cannot proceed due to a late arrival, the booking deposit may be forfeited.
Missed Appointments
Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice may be charged the full treatment fee to the card provided at the time of booking.
Future appointments may only be booked once any outstanding fees have been paid.
Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to an individual consultation and clinical assessment by a qualified healthcare professional.
Treatment recommendations are based on your medical history, treatment goals, and clinical assessment.
Brilliance Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is considered unsafe, unsuitable, or not in your best interests.
Treatment Outcomes
We aim to provide high-quality, evidence-informed treatments tailored to your individual needs.
As every individual responds differently, treatment outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Some clients may require a series of treatments or ongoing maintenance to achieve their desired outcome. Any additional treatments will incur additional fees.
Consent
Informed consent must be completed prior to treatment.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and any previous cosmetic procedures.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment suitability and outcomes.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Quoted prices are valid at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic treatments, refunds are not provided for change of mind or for services that have already been performed.
Where products are purchased, refunds or exchanges will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Clinical Photography
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment to assist with assessment, treatment planning, and monitoring of progress.
Images will only be used for marketing or promotional purposes with your separate written consent.
Children & Visitors
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that children are not brought to appointments unless they are receiving treatment or are accompanied by another supervising adult.
Privacy
Your personal and health information is handled confidentially and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information collected during your consultation is used solely for the provision of your treatment and ongoing clinical care.
